Karrie International CEO Resigns; Successor Appointed

Karrie International (HKG:1050) said Chief Executive Officer Ho Cheuk Fai resigned from the role, effective Oct. 1, due to the group's long-term development needs, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Ho will remain as chairman of the board, the filing said.

Ho Wai Hon, Brian, the company's deputy chairman and executive director, has been appointed CEO effective the same date.

Ho Wai, who is the son of Ho Cheuk Fai, has more than 10 years of experience in finance and corporate management.
