Cambricon Technologies (SHA:688256) said former deputy general manager Liang Jun raised his labor dispute claim against the company to 27.8 billion yuan from 4.29 billion yuan.

Liang, who resigned in early 2022, is asking the company to compensate for equity incentive losses based on the property shares of Beijing Aixi Technology Center and Tianjin Xuansuan No. 9 Enterprise Management Partnership.

Also, Liang refused to cooperate with a share repurchase arrangement under his Shareholding Plan B and was sued in 2023 by the company's equity incentive entities.
