Warner Bros. Discovery's (WBD) co-chiefs of Warner Bros. Pictures, Michael De Luca and Pamela Abdy, won't be part of the management team after the merger with Paramount Skydance (PSKY) closes, Variety reported Friday, citing multiple sources.

It is unclear if De Luca and Abdy will remain during a transition period, the report said.

Warner Bros. did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
