Vox Royalty (VOXR) said late Thursday it has signed an amended and restated credit agreement as part of its existing revolving credit facility, which has now been upsized to $100 million with a $50 million accordion feature, along with new management appointments.
The facility will mature on Oct. 1, 2029, with annual one-year extension options, subject to the consent of the lenders, the company said.
Net proceeds from the revolving credit facility will be available for general corporate purposes, acquisitions and investments, the company added.
Vox said it has appointed Chris Selby as its general counsel based in Toronto and Cameron Quinn as vice president of Geology based in Perth.
