The same period gave a harder read on profitability. Total revenue was US$298.6 million in Q2 2026 versus US$187.1 million a year earlier, while the net loss widened and net margin fell from 4.2% to 26.9%. The evidence cut both ways. The key assumption was that scale and AI projects would quickly translate into healthier earnings. For another stock, test that claim by pairing any big synergy or AI announcement with later net margin and absolute profit figures, not just the headline revenue line.
