TD SYNNEX Partners With SignWell to Expand US Access to E-Signature Platform

SignWell said Tuesday that it has signed a strategic distribution agreement with TD SYNNEX (SNX) to expand access to SignWell's electronic signature platform through IT resellers in the US.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the partnership, TD SYNNEX reseller partners can offer SignWell's software-as-a-service and application programming interface eSignature platform to provide secure electronic signatures, document workflow automation, and embedded signing capabilities.

Authorized resellers can also offer SignWell's annual eSignature subscriptions and prepaid, usage-based API plans.

Shares of TD SYNNEX were up 1.7% pre-bell.
