WISeSat.Space (SAIQ) shares soared 260% amid heavy trading after the company, a subsidiary of WISeKey (WKEY), completed its business combination with Columbus Acquisition on Friday.
More than 55.4 million shares of WISeSat.Space traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 138,000.
Veea (VEEA) received unsecured loans totaling $1.65 million from NLabs, a principal stockholder and an affiliate of its chief executive officer, the company said in a regulatory filing Friday.
Veea shares surged 50% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 45.2 million, versus a daily average of roughly 5.56 million.
