Samsung Electro-Mechanics Co (KRX:009150) has concluded a 285.6 billion won supply agreement for multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC) with a large global company, effective Oct. 6, 2026.
The supply period runs from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2027, with no deposit or advance payment required but the contract amount and terms may change depending on operational circumstances.
Key contract details and the counterparty's identity are withheld until Dec. 31, 2027, at the counterparty's request for business confidentiality, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
