Dow Jones10-12

0754 GMT - Ahold Delhaize investors might be reminded of the 2025 cyber incident at Marks & Spencer, which caused disruption to its grocery and clothing businesses, Bernstein analysts write after the Dutch grocer said it was experiencing a security issue within its network but stores were open and serving customers. It added that the company was taking steps to assess and mitigate the issue, including taking some systems offline to help protect them. "The extent of disruption and its duration will determine its impact, while any data breaches may open the risk to fines," Bernstein said. It has a market-perform rating on the stock and 38 euro target price. Shares are down 1.1% at 31.93 euros and 8.4% lower over the year-to-date.
