Yamada Green Resources Unit to Acquire Japanese Property

Yamada Green Resources (SGX:BJV) subsidiary, Comrade, agreed to acquire COLOR's three-story apartment complex and land in Osaka, Japan, for 253 million yen, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The property has 12 residential units and covers a land area of 286.36 square meters. The purchase will be funded by bank borrowings and internal resources.

The acquisition is part of the company's strategy to diversify its property rental segment and reduce concentration risk in China.
