Virtual Mind Holding (HKG:1520) has signed an agreement with Australian AI tech company, OZBeat AI Group, to explore collaboration in AI-generated content, digital rights infrastructure and enterprise AI applications.
The companies plan to explore AI content identification, digital employee systems and commercialization of AI-generated music, short videos and other digital content, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Virtual Mind Holding shares fell nearly 3% in recent trade.
