PepsiCo (PEP) launched a 1 billion-euro ($1.12 billion) bond sale in Europe, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing unnamed sources.
The offering is split into 500 million euros in three-year and nine-year tranches.
The three-year bonds are initially being marketed at around 60 basis points above mid-swaps, while the nine-year bonds are being marketed at around 105 basis points above mid-swaps, according to the report.
