ZJK Industrial's Units Enter Deal to Manufacture, Sell Camcar Innovations' Fastener Products

ZJK Industrial's (ZJK) subsidiaries have agreed to a licensing arrangement with Camcar Innovations that will see the units manufacture licensed fastener products in China and Vietnam and sell them globally, it said on Monday.

The deal grants non-exclusive access to CAMCAR's TORX, TORX PLUS and TORX PARALOBE fastening technology portfolios, including licenses, patents, manufacturing know-how, and trademarks related to Camcar's Torx portfolio, the company said.

The licenses were granted to five subsidiaries operating in China and Vietnam, including Shenzhen Zhongjinke Hardware Products, Zhongke Precision Components (Guangdong), ZJK Precision Components Vietnam, and others, ZJK said.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
