Critica Appoints CFO; Shares Fall 4%

Critica (ASX:CRI) appointed Robert Ierace as chief financial officer, effective Oct. 12, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Ierace most recently served as CFO of Toubani Resources (ASX:TRE), the filing said.

Critica's shares fell around 4% in recent Friday trade, while Toubani Resources gained 2%.
