A wealth management team that worked at RBC Wealth Management for nearly two decades has exited to establish an independent firm working with Indivisible Partners, a platform for independent advisor practices.
The Baltimore-based team, which calls itself Rosenwald Private Wealth, managed about $1.1 billion in assets at RBC and serves high-net-worth and ultrahigh-net-worth individuals and families, according to Indivisible.
It is led by founding partners Beth Rosenwald and Matthew Kunkel, and partner Leksi Kovalerchik. Team members also include Brennan Dunn, senior wealth planning strategist; Andrew Conn, wealth planning strategist; and Seth Jones, senior client service associate.
Representatives for RBC weren't immediately available for comment.
Under its partnership with Indivisible, Rosenwald Private Wealth will operate as an independent advisory firm while receiving operational, technology, and security support from Clearwater, Fla.-based Indivisible. Privately held Indivisible also provides its partner firms with family office services.
"At the center of this decision is our commitment to serving clients in a way that reflects their evolving needs," says Rosenwald. "Independence allows us to maintain the relationships and planning philosophy that have guided our practice while providing additional flexibility in how we operate and support clients."
Rosenwald was ranked No. 17 in Maryland in Barron's 2026 Top Advisor Rankings by State and spoke with Barron's Advisor earlier this year about the challenges faced by clients who had recently lost jobs with the federal government.
She began her career in the brokerage industry in 1998, according to BrokerCheck, an online database maintained by brokerage industry self-regulatory organization Finra. Rosenwald worked at RBC for 18 years, and before that, at Citigroup and Legg Mason Wood Walker, among other firms.
Kunkel joined Rosenwald at Legg Mason in 2000, according to the Rosenwald Private Wealth's website, and followed her to Citigroup and then RBC, according to BrokerCheck. Kovalerchik joined the team in 2005, according to the firm's website.
