Rezolute Says Phase 3 upLIFT Study Fully Enrolled, Topline Data Due Mid-December

Rezolute (RZLT) has completed enrollment in phase 3 clinical trial evaluating its experimental drug ersodetug in tumor hyperinsulinism, with preliminary results expected by mid-December, it said late Wednesday.

The open-label study, dubbed upLIFT, includes 16 participants with insulinoma or non-islet cell tumors and uncontrolled hypoglycemia caused by tumor hyperinsulinism, the company said.

The primary endpoint measures the percentage of participants requiring intravenous glucose for refractory hypoglycemia who achieve at least a 50% reduction from baseline in glucose infusion rate during the eight-week pivotal treatment phase, the company said.
