Samsara Launches Agent Studio to Expand AI Automation

Samsara (IOT) launched Agent Studio, a no-code platform for building custom AI chat and voice agents, as adoption of AI agents on its platform has increased sevenfold since June, the company said Tuesday.

The platform automates reporting, identifies fuel-saving opportunities, predicts compliance risks and provides drivers with company-specific guidance. Voice agents overtook chat in interaction volume within four weeks of launch and have remained the primary interface.

Customers reported a 99% reduction in report-generation time at Grand Isle Shipyard and an 84% decrease in weekly manual compliance review time at S. Bertram Foods, it added.

Samsara shares were up more than 2% in early Tuesday trading.
