Climb Bio's (CLYM) upcoming data readouts for its CLYM116 and budoprutug investigational therapies are likely to be more incremental and should help de-risk both programs, RBC Capital Markets said in a Tuesday note.
The data updates are expected to be presented at an event in October and RBC said updates on CLYM116 in patients with IgA nephropathy will include "more mature data" while data from Climb Bio's Chinese partner, Mabworks, will cover CLYM116 in healthy volunteers.
Meanwhile, new data on budoprutug is expected to be consistent with previous findings and should back the therapy's opportunity in primary membranous nephropathy, the investment firm added.
The two investigational therapies present a total out-year sales potential of about $1.6 billion, RBC noted.
RBC has an outperform rating on Climb Bio, with a $23 price target.
