China Shenhua Energy (SHA:601088, HKG:1088) sold 51.4 million tons of coal in September, down 4.8% from 54 million tons sold a year earlier, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing late Wednesday.
The coal producer's output rose 3.2% year over year to 44.5 million tons from 43.1 million tons.
