Toyota Motor's (TYO:7203) luxury vehicle division, Lexus, has launched the ES 350e, the first battery electric vehicle (BEV) variant of its sedan model, in Korea, according to a company release.
The all-electric variant has a driving range of 478 kilometers on a single charge and has an engine output of 227PS.
Prices for the variants range from 71.6 million won to 83.9 million won.
Shares of Toyota Motor rose more than 2% in recent trade.
