Infomina (KLSE:INFOM) subsidiary, Insomnia Japan K.K., has signed an order form with Panasonic (TYO:6752) subsidiary Panasonic Digital for a mainframe software subscription and maintenance renewal contract worth 855 million yen, according to a Monday Bursa Malaysia filing.
The contract covers mainframe software subscription licenses and support services for five years.
The IT company's unit will handle billing, coordinate support and license changes, manage usage reporting and compliance, and monitor the customer's software environment to keep it on the latest version.
