CoreWeave (CRWV) co-founders Michael Intrator, Brian Venturo and Brannin McBee have sold $3.3 billion in company shares since its March 2025 initial public offering, including $2.4 billion in 2026, Bloomberg reported Thursday.

The three founders still collectively own about 20% of CoreWeave, a company spokesperson told Bloomberg.

The report said the founders' share sales accelerated as the stock fell more than 60% from its June 2025 peak amid investor concerns about artificial intelligence spending and rising credit risks.
