Eton Pharmaceuticals (ETON) said Wednesday that it has signed an exclusive US licensing and supply agreement with Aquestive Therapeutics (AQST) for Aquestive's Libervant buccal film, a treatment for seizure clusters in patients with epilepsy.
Eton said it expects the product to be commercially available in April.
Eton said the deal expands its rare disease portfolio into neurology, with Aquestive supplying the product and Eton handling US commercialization and drawing on its specialty drug sales and patient support capabilities.
