Bank of America (BAC) has launched a sale of investment-grade bonds, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing a person familiar with the matter.

The bank is marketing the bonds in as many as four tranches with maturities ranging from three to 11 years, the report said, adding that the longest-dated tranche is initially being offered at a yield premium of about 1.2 percentage points to Treasuries.

Bloomberg reported that Bank of America was the only one of the six major Wall Street banks that did not tap the high-grade bond market in the third quarter. The bank has raised $17 billion so far in 2026, the least among the group, according to the report.

A Bank of America spokesperson declined to comment to MT Newswires.
