Life Time (LTH) should benefit from accelerating center openings and a wider range of in-club services, while concerns about a softening consumer backdrop appear manageable, Oppenheimer said in a note Friday.
Oppenheimer estimates Q3 adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of $247 million and revenue of $875.3 million, versus consensus estimates of $245.7 million and $874.4 million.
Comparable sales are seen rising 6% to 8%, in line with consensus, while the forecast for 2027 adjusted EBITDA of $1 billion on revenue of $3.7 billion is unchanged and also in line, Oppenheimer said.
Life Time is on track to open 14 new centers in 2026, including seven in Q4, and plans another 12 to 14 in 2027, when new in-club programs such as CRT and Hybrid XT are also expected to scale, the note added.
Oppenheimer kept its outperform rating and $60 price target and named Life Time a top pick, citing accelerating center openings and expanding in-club services.
