Kimberly-Clark (KMB) is holding investor calls on Friday ahead of a potential bond sale as it nears the completion of its acquisition of Kenvue (KVUE), Bloomberg News reported, citing an unnamed person with knowledge of the matter.
The report said JPMorgan Chase (JPM) is coordinating the calls and provided $7.7 billion in bridge financing to help fund the acquisition, which is anticipated to close by the end of 2026.
The potential bond sale could include five tranches with maturities ranging from two to 10 years, the report said.
Kimberly-Clark, Kenvue, and JPMorgan Chase didn't immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comments.
