Beazer Homes Stockholders Approve Dream Finders' Acquisition of Firm

Dream Finders Homes (DFH) said late Thursday stockholders of Beazer Homes USA (BZH) have voted to approve Dream Finders' acquisition of Beazer at a special meeting of stockholders.

The firm said it expects to consummate the deal on Oct. 20.
