Cytokinetics (CYTK) expects further acceleration of its Myqorzo, a heart-disease treatment, especially into 2027, RBC Capital Markets said Wednesday in a report.
Management expressed confidence in Myqorzo's launch, citing prescriber activation, market growth, the product's differentiated profile, and potential label expansions as factors to inflect the launch curve and drive revenue faster, RBC said.
Myqorzo treats obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, a condition in which the heart muscle becomes abnormally thick and restricts blood flow.
Cytokinetics is on track to reach its targeted new patient starts by year-end and expects further share growth in 2027, backed by commercial momentum and clinical support, the report said. Feedback from RBC's industry experts align with the company's bullish view, the analysis said.
Based on the trends, revenue targets of $152 million for 2026 and $505 million are "achievable," RBC said.
RBC has an outperform rating on Cytokinetics stock with a $113 price target.
