General Dynamics (GD) remains well aligned with Army priorities, though supply chain and budget risks persist, RBC Capital Markets said in a note emailed Thursday.
The brokerage lowered its Gulfstream delivery estimates amid concerns about supply chain throughput and execution, and now expects 38 in Q3 and 160 for 2026, compared with prior forecasts of 41 and 162, respectively. RBC also revised its 2027 and 2028 delivery estimates.
The company remains well positioned ahead of the XM30 down select in 2027, but expects long-term funding risks for these ground combat programs, according to the note.
While investors are primarily focused on Aerospace, RBC said it sees steady supply chain improvements and more consistent throughput in Marine Systems, suggesting potential upside to the 2026 revenue guidance.
RBC Capital Markets kept a sector perform rating on General Dynamics and lowered its price target to $360 from $410.
