Albright Metals (ASX:ABR) has terminated its agreement with Catalyst Metals (ASX:CYL) for the acquisition of its remaining Bryah Basin tenements after the parties failed to reach agreement on the terms of a further asset purchase agreement, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company said it remains well funded and will prioritize advancing its Golden Pike gold and antimony project while developing the Bryah Basin manganese project in partnership with OM (Manganese), the filing added.
