Crescent Biopharma (CBIO) said late Thursday more than 125 patients have been dosed in its ASCEND trial at clinical sites in the US, Europe and South Korea.
The firm said it has completed dose escalation in the phase 1/2 ASCEND trial of CR-001 and plans to report initial monotherapy data in Q1 of 2027.
Crescent also said enrollment has started in the standard of care chemotherapy combination expansion cohorts of ASCEND. It expects to report initial data from the cohorts in mid-2027.
The company said there is potential to start the first of multiple CR-001 phase 3 studies in early 2028.
