Tiziana Life Sciences (TLSA) said Friday it has started dosing the last patient under the phase 2 trial of intranasal foralumab in patients with early/mild Alzheimer's disease.
The trial is evaluating intranasal foralumab both as monotherapy and in combination with lecanemab or donanemab, with key endpoints such as changes in neuroinflammation, cognitive function and fluid biomarkers, the company said.
Tiziana said it expects to release the trial's topline data in Q1 2027.
Shares of the company rose more than 1% in recent premarket activity Friday.
