Market Chatter: JPMorgan Leads, Jefferies Joins $4.25 Billion Financing for Lantheus Deal

MT Newswires Live10-15

JPMorgan Chase (JPM) is leading the financing backing Curium's acquisition of Lantheus (LNTH), while Jefferies Financial Group (JEF) is also part of the financing group, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Other lenders are in discussions to join the group, which is expected to expand soon, before the $4.25 billion senior secured term loan is marketed to investors in 2027, the report said.

The financing includes a $4.25 billion senior secured term loan, a multicurrency revolving credit facility and a $1.125 billion payment-in-kind facility. The PIK facility has already been pre-placed, according to Bloomberg.

JPMorgan Chase and Jefferies Financial Group did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
