Verra Mobility (VRRM) said Thursday that its chief financial officer Craig Conti is stepping down from the position to pursue a role outside of the company's industry, effective Nov. 4.

The company said it plans to appoint an interim CFO and has started the search for a replacement supported by executive search firm Spencer Stuart.

Conti's departure is not related to the company's financial or operating results or any disagreements with the company regarding its financial, operational, accounting or reporting policies or practices, Verra said.

Further, Verra said it is reaffirming its full-year 2026 guidance of adjusted EPS of $1.11 to $1.17 and total revenue of $945 million to $965 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $1.14 on revenue of $962.1 million.
