Keymed Biosciences (HKG:2162) said Friday that Kangyueda sales more than tripled to roughly 600 million yuan for the first three quarters this year, driven by strong demand and broader hospital access to the treatment, according to a same-day bourse filing.

Additionally, the biotechnology company said Chinese health regulators have approved Kangyueda's marketing application for a fourth indication, including both vials and pre-filled auto-injector pens of the treatment, to now treat moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis in adolescents.

Shares were last up 8.2% in afternoon trading.
