Comfortdelgro (SGX:C52) said its deputy chairman, Choi Shing Kwok, will retire from the board, with effect from Dec. 31, to devote more time to his other commitments, according to a Thursday filing to the Singapore bourse.
Choi has served as deputy chairman of the transport company since April 2023.
