Yunnan Energy International's (SGX:T43, HKG:1298) CEO Song Henan resigned effective Thursday due to the rearrangement of his work responsibilities and functions within the company.
The company, on the same day, named executive Director Wang Jin as its new CEO, a Thursday bourse filing showed.
