China Industrial Securities International Financial Group (HKG:6058) unit CISI Investment acquired $15 million of certain bonds from the open market for $13.8 million.
The bonds make up part of an issue of $2 billion 5.35% bonds issued by Alphabet and maturing Nov. 15, 2045, a Friday bourse filing showed.
The bonds were acquired for investment purposes.
