Compass' Coldwell Banker Unit Expands Into South Korea With Master Franchise Launch

Compass' (COMP) Coldwell Banker Real Estate unit said Thursday that it has expanded into South Korea with the launch of master franchises Coldwell Banker Korea and Coldwell Banker Commercial Korea.

The company said Coldwell Banker Korea and Coldwell Banker Commercial Korea will provide residential and commercial real estate services to domestic and international clients. Coldwell Banker Commercial EKR will be the first office launched, opening with existing commercial real estate professionals.

The company said the office's services will include acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, asset management, market analysis, valuation, strategic marketing, and investment advisory.
