Rokae (Shandong) Robotics Group Inc. (HKG:3752) would rename itself Rokae Robotics Group Inc. and amend its articles of association to reflect the new corporate identity, according to a Monday filing with the stock exchange.
The company said it will close its register of members from Oct. 27 to Oct. 30 to determine eligible shareholders for a special meeting on Oct. 30.
Shares were last down nearly 4% in midday trading on Tuesday.
