Singapore Kitchen Equipment (SGX:5WG) said the Singapore Exchange has granted it an extension until Nov. 9 to submit a proposal to resume trading in its shares, according to a Tuesday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.

In September has applied for a 12-month extension to Oct. 3, 2027 to submit its trading resumption proposal to the Singapore Exchange, as legal proceedings involving its Executive Director and CEO, Chua, and Senior Manager, Koh, are expected to continue into 2027.

Trading in the company's shares has been suspended since Aug. 5, 2021.

The exchange said its extension is conditional on the company meeting specified requirements, including submitting the resumption proposal by Nov. 9.
