Regis Resources Requests Trading Halt Ahead of Federal Court Ruling on New South Wales Project

MT Newswires Live07:40

Regis Resources (ASX:RRL) requested a trading halt effective Wednesday, pending a Federal Court decision on its judicial review application challenging a section 10 declaration issued by former Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek, which affects part of the approved McPhillamys Gold Project site in New South Wales, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.

The halt will remain in effect until the court announces its decision or trading begins on Thursday, whichever comes first, the filing added.
