Elevra Lithium (ASX:ELV) said it will reduce its board of directors to six from eight members following its annual general meeting on Nov. 19, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Non-Executive Directors Allan Buckler and Jorge Beristain have volunteered to resign, with their departures taking effect at the conclusion of the meeting, the filing said.
The company's shares rose past 2% in recent Friday trade.
