China Aircraft Leasing Group (HKG:1848) agreed to sell one Airbus A320-200 aircraft to Tianjin Jinqian Lease.
The sale will be conducted through a wholly owned special purpose vehicle, with completion expected on or before Oct. 31, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
