Accenture and Alphabet's Google are rolling out an offering designed to help federal agencies more quickly deploy artificial-intelligence agents.
The offering, called Gemini launchpads, embeds a hub of forward deployed engineers alongside federal agencies, the companies said Monday. The FDEs will work with the agencies to build AI agents built on Google's Gemini models that integrate directly into core government systems, the companies said.
With a Gemini launchpad, agencies will be able to centrally manage an agent, from securely connecting it to datasets and prioritizing use cases to deployment and workforce training, and track the agent's performance, the companies said.
"This collaboration further moves governments beyond incremental modernization--equipping public servants with intelligent capabilities to navigate complex systems, accelerate critical decisions, and deliver at the speed of mission," said Karen Dahut, chief executive officer of Google Public Sector.
