CKD (TYO:6407) has priced its 16.9 billion yen secondary offering at 4,737 yen per share, representing a 4.01% discount to the Monday reference price of 4,935 yen.
The offering covers 3.57 million shares underwritten at 4,539.60 yen per share, of which 845,600 shares are earmarked for overseas investors mainly in Europe and Asia, excluding the US and Canada, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.
An additional overallotment offering of 535,500 shares at the same price will bring in 2.54 billion yen, with a greenshoe option exercisable from Oct. 26 to Nov. 20.
CKD's shares fell 2% in recent trade.
