JPMorgan Chase's (JPM) asset management arm and Alibaba will be among the primary investors in printed circuit board maker Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing's upcoming Hong Kong public offering, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing sources familiar with the matter.
Other planned investors include CPE and Montage Technology, the report said.
Dongshan Precision plans to start taking orders as early as Tuesday for its share offering, which could raise up to $1.8 billion, the report said.
Suzhou Dongshan, JP Morgan, and Alibaba did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
