GMO Internet (TYO:9449) has agreed to acquire fixed assets, including up to 116 NVIDIA B300 GPU servers, ancillary equipment, and data centre construction work, for 26.1 billion yen.
The assets will be deployed at an AI data center facility in Ishikari City, Hokkaido, with sequential deliveries and construction scheduled to begin in August 2027, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The supplier counterparty is California-based NVIDIA Corporation, with which GMO maintains an alliance under the NVIDIA Partner Network, though no capital or related-party ties exist between the companies.
