OpenAI has hired SpaceX's Graham Seamans to lead sales for its cybersecurity business, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing Seamans.

Seamans, who led xAI's sales team since August 2025, said he is joining OpenAI to work on the cyber team, according to Bloomberg.

Before xAI, he spent about eight years at MongoDB, the report said, citing his LinkedIn profile.

He is the latest sales executive OpenAI has hired from SpaceX's AI units, Bloomberg reported.

OpenAI didn't immediately respond to a request for comment, Bloomberg said.
