Stockland (ASX:SGP) said retail sales totaled AU$5.25 billion on a moving annual turnover basis in the first quarter of fiscal 2027, up 5.5% from the first quarter of fiscal 2026, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company said leases executed in the quarter totaled 121,199 square meters, compared with 66,244 square meters a year earlier.
Stockland expects fiscal 2027 funds from operations (FFO) per security of AU$0.38 to AU$0.39, expected to be weighted to the second half given the timing of data center transactions and masterplanned community settlements.
The company expects fiscal 2027 distribution per security of AU$0.252, in line with fiscal 2026, within a payout ratio range of 60% to 80% of FFO.
Stockland is targeting fiscal 2027 masterplanned community settlements of 7,300 to 8,300 lots and a development operating profit margin of about 20%, and also targeting fiscal 2027 land lease community settlements of 850 to 950 homes and a development operating profit margin of above 22%, the filing said.
The company expects gearing to remain within the 20% to 30% target range for fiscal 2027.
